We come to your business and leave it running in under ten minutes. You tell us what you do, your opening hours, and what you never want answered by email.
It reads and writes
Every few minutes it checks for new mail. It answers using what you told it, in the language it was written in. If it does not know, it does not guess — it flags it for you.
You decide
The replies appear in your drafts. You open your mail in the morning, read them and press send. Or delete them. Nothing ever goes out on its own.
What it will never do
Worth saying plainly, because it is everyone's first question.
It will never send an email by itself
It writes to drafts, and that is all. Until you press send, your customer receives nothing. If you ever want certain replies sent automatically, that is your decision and only for the topics you choose.
It will not make things up
It only uses what you told it. Asked a price it does not have, it does not infer one — it flags the email for you to answer.
You can stop it in a second
Call us and we stop it. Or revoke the password you gave us yourself, from your own mail, without asking us. We show you how on day one.
We keep as little as possible
We store a fragment of each email so we can show you what happened, and it is deleted after 90 days. We sign the data processing agreement your accountant will ask for.

Questions we always get
Do I have to change my email address?
No. It connects to the mailbox you already have, whether that is your hosting provider, Gmail or anything else. Your address and your mail stay exactly as they are.
Do I have to give you my password?
We do need access to the mailbox. The usual arrangement is a separate access created just for us, which you can cancel at any time without touching your own. We set it up on day one and show you where to revoke it.
What if it answers something wrong?
It cannot: you read every reply before it is sent. That is precisely why nothing goes out on its own.
How long until it is working?
Under ten minutes, the same day we meet. Then you watch it for a day and tell us what to change.
Is there a minimum term?
No. It is paid monthly and you can stop whenever you like.
Is there public funding for it?
The Government's Business Digitalisation Programme covers this kind of thing, but the 2026 round is fully committed. We put you on the list for the next one and prepare the paperwork.
