Privacy and data handling

This page explains what we do with data when you use the service. It is written to be understood, not to protect us.

When you connect your mailbox, we access incoming mail in order to write the replies. Credentials are stored encrypted and are used only to connect to your mailbox.

For each email we store the sender, the subject, a fragment of the text and the reply we wrote, so you can see what happened and so we can correct mistakes. That fragment is deleted after 90 days.

We do not sell or pass this data to anyone. We do not use it for advertising.

To write the replies we use a language model provider, which receives the text of the email and the information you gave us about your business. Your credentials are never sent to it.

You decide: you can ask us at any time to stop the service and delete everything we hold. We do it within 72 hours and confirm in writing.

Because we handle data belonging to your customers, we sign a data processing agreement with you. If your accountant has their own template, we use theirs.
